Magic School Bus New York Theatre reviews
Flawless performance
I've been a fan of Magic School Bus for about a year and half, and I had heard nothing but good things about their live shows. They were absolutely phenomenal. The combination of a generous selection from their newest album AM (including my two favorites, "Fireside" and "Knee Socks" played back to back) and a tasteful smattering of such classics as "Brianstorm", "Crying Lightning", and "Dancing Shoes" kept the show lively and chock full of variety. This was my first time seeing them live, and I must say that "good things" is an understatement. The highlight of the evening was when Miles Kane was brought to the stage in the encore for a Beatles tribute - they played "All My Loving" in honor of the 50th anniversary of the Beatles' arrival in America, and it was everything I could have hoped it to be.
